Below are CityPower offenses and punishments. The format follows large text MMOs: short offense title, punishment, then detail. Staff may act harder on serious cases. Warnings are not guaranteed.
1. Where these rules apply
These rules apply across CityPower: in-game chats (location, clan, faction, private), profiles, nicknames, emblems, bios, market, deals, support tickets, the official Telegram bot, channel, and support. Bypassing rules through external chats to harm CityPower players may also be considered.
2. Spirit of the game and IC / OOC
CityPower is an MMORPG about the city, clans, crime, politics, and PvP. Conflict inside the mechanics is normal: raids, district wars, arrests, intrigue, role trash-talk.
In-character (IC): in-role threats to rivals, "we'll burn your block" in gang-zone context, clan rivalry.
Out-of-character (OOC): insults toward a real person, hate, doxxing, real threats, harassment outside the game wrapper.
Test: if you remove the game wrapper, is it still OK between strangers? If not, it is a violation.
3. Gameplay offenses and punishments

Real money trading: Account deletion
Trading gold, items, services, progress, or accounts for real money, crypto, Telegram gifts, Stars outside the official shop, or assets from other games is forbidden. It damages the economy and often involves fraud. Buyers lose purchased goods and get a lengthy ban. Sellers are deleted without warning. Staff hunt deals on-site and externally.

Account trading: Deletion
Accounts must be built by the Telegram owner from creation. Selling, paid gifting, reselling, and "turnkey" transfers are forbidden. The Telegram owner can reclaim control. Involved accounts are terminated on the first proven offense.

Bug / exploit abuse: Ban / rollback
Bugs happen. If you find an exploit: stop, do not share it in public chat, and contact support. Intentional abuse, farming the bug, sharing it with friends, or hiding it leads to ban, rollback, and in severe cases deletion. Honest reports are not punished and are welcome.

Multiple accounts: Ban
One person, one account. Farms, farming alts, limit evasion, "family" schemes, and creating a new account to bypass a ban are forbidden. All illegal gains are removed. Repeats and ban evasion escalate to deletion.

Cheats, bots, macros: Ban
Autoclickers, bots, scripts, emulators, modified clients, and any software that plays for you, bypasses mechanics, reads private data, or speeds actions without your real input are forbidden. Multi-window farming too. Normal browser / Telegram and the official CityPower client are allowed.

Account sharing: Ban from 7 days
Do not give access to someone else, play for another person, power-level another's account, or ask outsiders to act on your behalf. Progress gained this way may be rolled back. Bans start at 7 days and scale with severity.

Abetting: Ban
Knowingly helping rule breakers is forbidden: hiding RMT, moving items between alts (middlemanning), covering cheats, tipping off about staff checks, obstructing investigations.

Scraping and API abuse: Ban
Mass automated requests, scraping pages you are not viewing, rate-limit evasion, and unauthorized integrations are forbidden. Tools that harm the server or other players lead to removal of the author's access.

The rules below cover all user content: chats, DMs, profiles, emblems, nicknames, tickets, channel. Offending content is removed or edited. Ordinary cases: warning or mute. Severe cases: instant permanent ban.
4. Social violations
Discrimination and hate
Hate speech and insults by ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, orientation, disability; slurs in any language; symbols or support for terrorism, Nazism, and real-world discrimination.
Harassment and bullying
Stalking, witch-hunts, pressure using real data or appearance of a player / their family, repeated bullying that cannot be avoided with block. IC conflict does not excuse OOC attacks.
Doxxing and real threats
Publishing addresses, phones, documents, or any personal information without consent. Real-life violence threats. Immediate hard ban.
Extreme flaming and toxicity
Unfiltered toxicity, severe personal insults outside role, deliberate destruction of chat atmosphere after warnings.
Spam and ads
Spam, flood, referral spam, ads for other projects, phishing, invites to external RMT / paid boosting.
Impersonating staff
Pretending to be a moderator, admin, official bot, or support to scam, steal accounts, or take items.
Offensive nicknames and emblems
Nicknames, avatars, bios, and clan emblems with hate, CSAM-adjacent content, RMT ads, or staff impersonation. Content is removed; the account may be punished.
Content involving minors and prohibited material
CSAM, sexualization of minors, real calls to violence or terror. Instant ban. Materials may be escalated under law when required.
False reports
Mass or knowingly false revenge reports are also violations and may mute / ban the reporter.
5. Sanction ladder
- Verbal or written warning;
- Chat mute / area restriction;
- Progress rollback / removal of illegal items;
- Temporary ban (days to weeks);
- Permanent ban;
- Account deletion without recovery.
Severe cases (RMT selling, CSAM, doxxing, real threats, systemic cheating) may jump straight to steps 5–6. Staff consider history, scale of benefit, and cooperation during review.
6. Reports
Report in-game or via Telegram support. Include nickname / ID, time (timezone if possible), screenshots, message links. Better evidence means faster review. Do not start a mob in chat.
7. Appeals
Appeal mutes, temporary, or permanent bans via support within 30 days of the sanction. Be calm, factual, and specific. Repeat appeals on the same case without new evidence are ignored. Insulting moderators in an appeal worsens your chances.
8. Changes
